"Car park can be busy. Hotel very convenient for town center and easy access to routes out of town. Had bad experience at 330am being woken by drunks singing outside in the street as my window wasn't fully shut(they actually sang well but it was 330!), and by fellow guests arriving at their room next to mine at 530am being noisy, but neither of these can be blamed on the hotel.Overall a very pleasant stay and would definetly book there again if in Waterford." Convienent location, plenty of space in bedroom for 2 guests, leisure facilities which we did not have time to use unfortunately, good value good food in the bar
Could do with extractor fans in bathroom. Also rooms on the front of the hotel suffer from road noise if the window isn't fully shut, which could be a problem in warmer weather. Not the hotel's fault, just the price you pay for the convenient location.

Good bar so we didn't have to travel far.
Bad noise level from main road kept us awake all night.
