"That the Hotel was so terribly basic. Very small bed. Cheap artificial fibre used for the duvet covering so that it stuck to one's body even when only slighly warm. No bar soap or hair shampoo in the bathroom, only an evil smelling goo. Broadband didn't work even after complaints. Staff offhand about complaints. No hotel bar or restaurant after breakfast. Worst hotel, for the money, that I ever stayed in." (99875802)
